Beetopia is a small-batch, artisan meadery based in New Jersey, dedicated to reviving one of the world’s oldest and most revered fermented beverages: mead. We source only exceptional, premium harvested honey and pair it with pristine water and meticulously selected yeast strains to create expressive, balanced meads that honor tradition while embracing modern craftsmanship.
Our Process
